Ramblin' Woman...

Well now that I am not so occupied with Mr. Grey anymore I can make my return to the blog world :)  There are a lot times that I think in the moment "this would be great for the ol' blog"...and then I forget or it really is only a good idea in my head and the post itself is like reading my diary from 5th grade...BORING!  Here are some of those thoughts in a ramblin' kind of way!

I have baby fever...more than ever.  And so does everyone in our family!  Talk about a crazy time that will be....Mr. Mac and I have not gotten on the wagon YET.  Seriously EVERYONE around us is either pregnant or just had a baby.  I need to start drinking the water ya'll :)  I just know that God will bless us with a baby when His timing is right, and I am ok with that.  I know that having a baby is not all rainbows and puppy dogs.  I have enjoyed our time just being married and living a footloose and fancy free life; and I would never trade these times!  He is good and He is perfect and so is His timing...now for me and my patience??  That is a whole other story :)

Although it is summer and Mr. Mac should be out of school he isn't...why?  He is doing his principal internship over summer school!  AND I AM SO PROUD OF HIM!  He is doing such a good job and learning a lot of helpful things.  His commitment to provide for us is one of the many reason I love him!  However, what I was not prepared for in this whole intern thing is that HE IS BUSY.  He wakes up right as I am leaving for work....so we see each other for like maybe 10 min.  And when he comes home he has emails to send and check,  meetings to plan, emails to re-check, letters to send out, and the list goes on.  Now I am such a patient and supportive wife that I would never get snappy at him when we are supposed to have a hot date night...because he is sending the worlds longest email and proof reading it (rightfully so).  No big deal he is just working hard to provide for us...I am such a ditz sometimes!

Baseball season is here for our nephew!  We went to a game last night...I forgot my phone...no photos.  I am not a huge pro-baseball fan...like not at all.  But you give me a little league game and I am all over it!  White on rice style :)  He is getting so good and we are so proud of him!

We have had a couple of people we know who got married and the ladies did not take the husbands last name....I think that is weird.  Maybe I am just THAT old fashioned...but really people come on!  Taking Mr. Mac's last name wasn't even a question for me.  Never mind that I was at that silly DMV like 15 times, but who was counting?  Am I the only one who thinks that weird?  (I am talking about real life peeps here not the rich a famous who seem to think we will not know who Angelina Pitt is??)

I have a ton of apps on my iPhone...and I only use maybe 10 of them consistently.  I am worried that if I delete one I don't use regularly, than I will need it the next day or something like that.

The "oldies" radio station where we live is now playing music from the 80's...which means a couple of things for me.  One, GREAT!  80's music is the best in all of the land.  Two, I feel old.  Three,  I should have kept my hot pink and green L.A. GEAR tennis shoes...they would be hot stuff right now.

I am obsessed with boyfriend cardigans!

In college my go to lip look was simple...a nude or pale pink lip liner with plain chap stick.  For some reason I has forgotten about that and recently rediscovered it!  YAY for me...and Mr. Mac even noticed...so cute that guy
